This unique game covers all four fitness components - flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength and muscle endurance. The activities of the game fulfill three out of the six NASPE (National Association for Sports and Physical Activity) standards and follow NASPE guidelines.

Players roll the dice and move their miniature medicine ball beanbag around the game mat. The player returns to their team and they all complete the activity their medicine ball landed on.
