Fast and Fee Shipping on Orders over $99.00
Athletic Stuff offers Free Shipping for orders $99.00 or more, and a small $12.99 Shipping and Handling charge for orders $98.99 or less. This offer covers ground shipping (UPS or USPS) within the contiguous U.S. only, and does not include Hawaii or Alaska. Please note: This offer does not apply to custom sales quotes or previous orders.
New orders generally ship within 1-2 working days (Monday through Friday). Delivery to your location generally takes 5-7 working days from the date of shipment, and depending on your location.  Standard shipping is provided by UPS ground or U.S. Priority Mail depending on the item and your location. 
If shipping outside the contiguous U.S. such as to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or military APO destinations, please call Athletic Stuff for a freight quote or additional shipping charges will be added to your order if necessary.
Please notify us if delivery is required by a specific date while placing your order and we will do our best to meet your deadline. Faster shipping options such as Three Day, Second Day or Next Day Air - are available at an additional cost - please call us for details. 
Pay No Sales Tax
Tired of being charged sales tax while shopping on the other websites? We hear you! Athletic Stuff offers tax-free shopping for all orders that are shipped outside of California.  That's big savings for any of the other 49 states that can really add up! Please note:  If your order is shipping to a location inside California, we are legally required to charge the state minimum sales tax rate of 7.25% on your order.

While we do our best to maintain our prices at the same rate, our prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct mistakes in pricing upon customers being notified. Challenges due to inflation, shipping container rates and material cost increases may affect both the price and availability of products, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.


Placing Orders / Payment Terms

Athletic Stuff offers many ways to place an order. You can use our website, which is protected by advanced SSL security protection, to place orders by credit card, PayPal, and purchase order. Additionally, you may fax purchase orders directly to us at (805) 226-2991 or email them to sales@athleticstuff.com   Schools and municipalities are offered instant Net-30 terms, while other institutions and organizations may need to fill out a credit application first. All past due accounts are subject to a 1.5% per month (18% per year) interest charge, as well as any collection costs we may incur.

Return Policy - Satisfaction Guaranteed
We guarantee every non-custom product you purchase from Athletic Stuff for 45 days when purchased on our website or by phone. If the quality of the product does not meet your expectations, or you just plain don't want to keep your product, please contact us to obtain return authorization and our return address.  Unauthorized returns may incur a restocking fee that is not covered by Athletic Stuff, so please contact us first before sending anything back.
Please make sure the product is returned in new and re-salable condition and in the original packaging within 30 days of receipt and we will replace it, give you store credit, or refund your money for the full purchase price of the item (less original and return shipping, and any applicable restocking fee).  Refunds generally are processed every Friday.
All return shipping charges and fees for orders that are not deemed defective or are not due to an error by Athletic Stuff are the sole responsibility of the customer. This includes the return ship charges as well as restocking fees we incur as a result of a refused delivery, or a return outside of our standard return period, and may be deducted from the value of the returned item(s).
Please note: Special orders, and items that have been altered (such as written on, customized or other) are not returnable or refundable. 

Limited Warranty

Athletic Stuff honors all manufacturers warranties for their products against defects in workmanship and materials as stated, from the date of invoice, unless otherwise stated on this website. Normal wear and tear of products due to normal use, mis-use, inclement weather or other causes that do not affect functional use are not covered by these warranties. Please only use products as designed, as injury to yourself or others may occur. Please notify Athletic Stuff of any defects in your product as soon as possible.
