The perfect training device for improving hand, wrist and arm strength and stamina. Many players agree that training with weighted balls can improve their velocity when playing with a regulation game ball. As with other types of weight training they strength his or her arm by training with progressively heavier balls.

Each regulation sized baseball is color coded for easy identification of its weight, and has a stripe pattern to allow monitoring of fast pitch rotation.

Choose either the Basic Set of three balls (7 oz, 8 oz. and 9 oz.), or the Advanced Set of three balls (10 oz., 11 oz. and 12 oz.)
