Built to withstand the toughest workouts, the Rhino Poly training ropes use a three strand, twisted poly Dacron fiber that will not shred or deteriorate like Manila ropes. Also known as battle ropes, the Rhino Poly training ropes increase your power, stamina and strength. Using the poly training ropes will also work-out your core and grip strength. Sure-grip PVC-dipped handles allow for a comfortable grip. The 30' battle rope has a 1.5" diameter and weighs 18 lbs. while the 40' battle rope has a 2" diameter and weighs 40 lbs.
