18 panel training volleyballs with optic yellow, hand sewn vinyl covers. The soft, hand-sewn nylon panels on this volleyball offer a comfortable feeling against players' forearms and fingers, while the tough rubber bladder provides exceptional air retention. Tough rubber bladders are softer than butyl bladders, reducing fear in beginning players. Each ball only weighs 6 oz. and is not intended for outdoor use.
