My training partner during the Shutdown
As my JKD school had to shut down as well, shadow boxing is okay but not in class makes a big difference. I wanted something that showed to be in human form to be realistic when hitting. Saw reviews first and were overall very good. If you go full out you will knock it over, but thats okay I go 75% and last shot KNOCK OUT! Thank you

Best Christmas gift. EVER. I can't walk past my Bob without giving him a punch to his head. And he hasn't hit back yet. Great stress relief and a great workout. Built very well and should last for many years.

The Body Bob XL rocks!
Got this for my birthday and can't stop using it. My cardio workouts are more fun and I can really get my heart rate up while sparring. On days that I am stressed out I can just punch Bob as hard as I want without hurting him (or my hands!). Dressed him with a Santa hat for Christmas, and if he had legs he would have the full suite. Heavy duty item and very durable.
