Ugly Box Edition (UBE) products are products we have in our warehouse that are packed in boxes that are damaged, ripped, torn, dusty or just plain ugly. Many times these products are returned back to us from customers who did not want the item, and the box has been tossed around by the freight carriers. In short, the boxes are not in great shape - but the items inside are!
All products that ship in these ugly boxes are sold as-is with no warranty, but do come with a 45 day customer satisfaction guarantee for a full refund if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase.
