Sprint Aqua Step : A Circuit in the Pool
The Sprint Aqua Step came to my attention when my students had asked for a circuit class in the pool because indoor land classes hurt their knees, hips, legs etc. We tried a regular step but it floated. Found the Sprint Aqua Step on line so I purchased one to use. It works really well for jumps, repeater knees, and over overs just to name a few. I only teach seniors so this was a very client friendly piece of equipment. I have a storage locker at the pool and several of us can move it a very short distance to the pool. It is ,however, a little tricky to get it out. We are working on that

Tried it out today. Very heavy duty. Think this will help my routine. Fortunately they're letting me leave it at the pool a little cumbersome to travel with. Top notch so far.
